Anne Wilson Guthrie has practiced domestic relations law since 2000. She handles cases regarding adoption, divorce, uncontested divorce, child support, child custody and establishing paternity. Anne has a particular interest in helping fathers obtain custody and parenting time.
Anne also handles cases in Juvenile Court as attorney for those petitioning for custody.
Anne has served as chairman of the Tuscaloosa County Bar Domestic Relations committee and has presented several times at continuing legal education seminars on adoption, ethics of domestic law, and the Rules of Professional Conduct.
